Representing both sides of the spending coin, the piece takes up the age-old economic disagreement of austerity vs. stimulus and was inspired by a spectacular row between Paul Krugman, the Nobel laureate economist and Toomas Hendrik Ilves, the President of Estonia on Twitter.
